…an important reminder for all animal owners! So, my dog keeps trying to lick my screen. “Missy, down!” Yes, it’s aggravating. I’ve been reading on the Internet, and I have a few concerns about how to keep the dog away:

1. I am not going to put an electric fence up next to my desk chair.
2. Let me say this again: I am not going to put an electric fence up!
3. There’s nothing that wakes you up on long nights of work like cayenne pepper!
4. Something tells me, the way to stop a dog from getting near your computer is not to get a watchdog.
5. Alarm: I can see me moving my chair back to far and waking up half the city (250,000 people knocking down your door is not fun. Just ask King Louis.
I know I’m missing something obvious.
EDITED APR 2007: Does anyone even know why I put this post here?
SUSE Linux 10.1 RC2 was just out. I used RC1, I’ll skip RC2, but RC3 will be used by me. Then I’ll wait and buy the boxed set of SUSE 10.1. I know I can download it, but it’s just more useful to me to get the boxed set. And, it’s only $60, so it’s good.

TuxMachine’s review on 10.1 RC2.

With hot coffee in hand.
OK, that last one was my fault. But I could blame it on First Student.
